Throughout our group coaching sessions, we will focus on the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating, created by Intuitive Eating founders, Tribole & Resch. Additionally, we will follow the prompts in The Intuitive Eating Workbook* (Tribole & Resch, 2017) to supplement your weekly homework assignments. (You will receive the Kindle version of the workbook when you enroll in the coaching program.)
